In 2015 Cameron’s clients were sent a satisfaction survey. 53 responses were returned. A highlight of the results are posted below.  Client’s also rated Cameron’s ability to focus on goals that were important to them, and the quality of the emotional bond with him as being very high also.

In 2010, Cameron published the results of his scientific study into teaching mindfulness to mental health professionals. In this study Cameron examined the results of his 3-Module program where therapists were taught

In 2017, Cameron Aggs lead a one-day mindful leadership program for executives at a prominent Australian telecommunications company. The full-day program was accompanied with a 10-week online mindfulness course content. The program aimed to build and consolidate skills in two distinct but related areas; Mental health for managers and enhancing interpersonal leadership skills. The focus for the latter was on “emotionally-focused communication” and managing conflict. Participant levels of satisfaction for the day were extremely high.


In 2016, 41 university staff members attended 2.5 days of training over 8 weeks. The training included regular participation in online learning content and used a ‘buddy system’ where participants met up in pairs in between sessions to consolidate their use of the training concepts. Prior to the Program, the average participant was mildly stressed, mildly anxious and mildly depressed. Subsequent to training, the average participant was in the normal ranges in all of these areas. The Program was associated with significant improvements in Psychological Flexibility on-task attention and communication skills as well. The calculated Return of investment using figures supplied by PwC is $2.91 for every $1 spent.

Responses above indicate the percentage of participants who ‘agreed’ or ‘strongly agreed’ that they had learnt skills in these areas when assessed part way through and at the end of training.

Participants in our Mindfulness & EQ program have demonstrated significant reductions in depression, anxiety and stress as a result of our training. In a recent (2016) example, 41 university staff members attended 2.5 days of training over 8 weeks. The calculated ROI was well in excess of 1:2.3 ratio cited by PwC (2014) as the standard for effective workplace interventions. An important feature of the program is that staff had access to an online-mindfulness portal, which likely contributed to these results in an important way.
